Bonjour! My name is Kyleen Bontrager and I am a travel consultant with my family’s travel agency: Faith and Family Travel. I have a passion for travel and helping others, and I have experienced destinations around the world. My goal is to guide you through your next AMAZING vacation! I provide you with personalized service before, during, and after your vacation, so you can rest easy knowing all the details are handled and enjoy making memories that will last a lifetime.
A few travel options we specialize in are River and Ocean Cruises in Europe and the Caribbean, Faith-Based Travel, Alaska and Hawaii experiences, European land tours, and customized itineraries in the United States.
Q: Tell us about yourself, including a little bit about where you grew up, your education, your family, interests, passions, and career?
I am a wife and mother of three who loves travel and tea time. I grew up in Mount Dora, FL, just north of Orlando. I met my husband in Arkansas, studied abroad in Greece, lived in Togo, West Africa, and have visited 33+ countries around the world. I am a teacher by degree and now educate my children. I love planning our next family adventure and I have turned that into a career, planning amazing trips for my clients.

I have lived in Mauldin for 4 years.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I wish I spoke in a Scottish accent!

Dianna Culbertson, she is the director of Classical Conversations at Holly Ridge Baptist.
Q: What current / former local business makes you the most nostalgic about The Golden Strip?
I love Kids and More Consignment Shop.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about The Golden Strip?
We love the downtown Simpsonville area, especially City Park with the disc golf course and The Ice Cream Station.
Q: With so much growth in our area, there are always new places popping up. Tell us about the a “new to you” place that you recently tried.
Voodoo Brewery was fun and tasty!
Q: What 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME or NEIGHBOR?
Cozy and kind.
Q: If you had friends or family visiting you from out of town, what is the one place that you must take them to?
I love to take my friends and family to the Ice Cream Station in Simpsonville, Conestee Park, and McPherson Park in downtown Greenville to play on the free putt-putt course.
Q: If you had a free day with no plans, what would you do? Or where can we find you on the weekends?
I love hiking in the mountains with my family, reading a book, having a cup of tea, or planning my next trip.
Q: If you were cast into a major motion picture and had your choice of anyone to be your co-star, who would you choose?
