Q: Were you involved in anything such as Beta Club, Debate Team, Student Council, ROTC, Yearbook Staff, Sports, Marching Band?
A: I served in Beta Club, National Honor Society and Student Council (all four years), Student Body Secretary and I’m an active member of FCA.
Q: Have you received any special awards during your High School career (Academic or Sports)?
A: I have many awards from cheerleading from 8th -11th grade, Senior Lady, and I am Member of the Hillcrest High Hall of Fame.
Q: Please tell us about your current plans after high school. And what inspired you to choose this path?
A: Nursing School at Clemson. I’ve been inspired by seeing countless nurses bring joy to families even in the hardest times, and I want to be the person that spreads joy in the midst of pain.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
A: I am the oldest of two. I have a younger brother. We both have amazing parents and we are all very tight-knit.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A: Coach House and Joy of Tokyo.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
A: Jacob Simmons is my Youth Pastor at Temple Baptist, and I’m so thankful he is.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: Europe, because of all of the history that took place there. I would love to take two weeks and see as much as I possibly can!
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: “The Choice” and “Friends”.
Q: What’s the best advice you ever received from a teacher? Who was the teacher?
A: Mrs. Doherty and Mrs. Gustafson have given me so much good advice, I could never choose just one piece.
Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
A: Taylor Swift
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
A: Mrs. Doherty. I went from seeing and talking to her every day to not being able to see her at all, and it has made me very sad. I would pick Chic-fil-a.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
A: Ice Cream Station
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
A: As a Labor and Delivery Nurse and hopefully engaged or married; but not until I’ve had a chance to travel and go on adventures.

Q: Who or what do you miss the most right now?
A: Going to school and being in student council and leadership.
Q: What’s the first thing you want to do when this quarantine is over?
A: Go eat INSIDE of a restaurant with my friends.
