My name is Melissa, I am a full-time mom and full-time business owner of Inn the Attic Ltd Co. It’s a vintage and antique store on Main Street in Fountain Inn. My husband and I have been married 23 years and we have five children ranging in age from 18 months to 21. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the Golden Strip community and getting to know so many residents. I can’t tell you what wonderful conversations are had right in the store!

Q: Tell us about yourself, including a little bit about where you grew up, your education, your family, interests, passions, and career?
I grew up in Saint Albans, West Virginia. I received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Charleston and started my career as an RN after moving to Greenville that same year. In 2016, I begin making my hobby of reselling vintage and antiques more like a career and that has slowly evolved into a full-time job. My husband Brian and I have five children and we both run our own small business. We really enjoyed being together at home, mostly working in the yard.
