Hello! My name is Allison and I am the owner of The Beauty Bungalow. I am a skilled and passionate esthetician with a growing reputation for delivering exceptional skincare services to my clients. Q: Tell us about yourself, including a little bit about where you grew up, your education, your family, interests, passions, and career?
I’m originally from Fort Myers, FL and moved to Greenville 7 years ago. I went to the Academy of Hair technology for my licensing in 2022. I have 4 fur babies with my boyfriend of 2 years and we recently just moved to Woodruff. I got into the esthetics career to help people and their skin concerns. I wanted to be part of such a deep, hard journey for people so I can see their confidence shine through.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in The Golden Strip?
Since May 2022.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
There’s a few but I can fit my whole fist in my mouth.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in The Golden Strip?
Marissa Phillips, she’s definitely someone I look up to. She’s the owner of the studios I rent at M Studio.
Q: What current / former local business makes you the most nostalgic about The Golden Strip?
I haven’t really networked enough to know but hopefully that will change soon!
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about The Golden Strip?
In my opinion, it’s very cute and cozy. I like that you can see it booming on weekends, while everyone is enjoying their time.
Q: With so much growth in our area, there are always new places popping up. Tell us about the a “new to you” place that you recently tried.
FARM FAST FRESH! So good and honestly, really fast!
Q: What 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME or NEIGHBOR?
Friend, comfort and cozy.
Q: If you had friends or family visiting you from out of town, what is the one place that you must take them to?
Warehouse at Vaughns!
Q: If you had a free day with no plans, what would you do? Or where can we find you on the weekends?
I’m usually at home with my dogs, watching a thriller movie or enjoying my back patio with a Dr. Pepper.

To travel out of the country more!
