I am a local Personal Trainer, Heath Coach and Nutrition Coach. My fitness career was born from a passion for fitness and an calling to help others. Recently, I opened up my own practice in Fountain Inn, Dahlia Health & Nutrition Coaching. My motto is Big Change equals Small Change plus Time. I can attest to that, as it took me baby steps to be able to open my own business as the age of 60!
