Some may describe me as easygoing and a people person. Although that may be the case, I am actually an introvert; I enjoy doing things on my own. I like to read books that are uplifting and inspiring. I also enjoy writing and creating poetry. My professional life has always been one of service to others, but in my personal life I am more reserved and laid back. One of my favorite things to do is go on cruises and yes, I’ve gone on some by myself.

This is done through, but not limited to our classes on anger management, parenting and domestic violence. I also offer customized training on topics surrounding emotional health.
